Prosper and Be In Health, Inc., (PBIH), is a not-for-profit organization established in 2007 and based in West Palm Beach, Florida, EIN# 02-0600680. We are exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code. PBIH is qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devices, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the Code.

Since 2008, Prosper and Be In Health has made financial contributions to support organizations who have consistently demonstrated their care and concern for the poor, homeless and others in unfortunate circumstances in the US and abroad. We have participated in micro-lending programs and business development as well as in the development of health care facilities in several developing nations.

Prosper and Be In Health’s immediate initiative is to support the relief and recovery efforts currently taking place in Haiti. We have purchased medical supplies for medical teams traveling to Haiti and have partnered with Shabach Ministries International based in Carrefour, Haiti one of the most devastated areas in Haiti due to the earthquake of January 12th, 2010. Shabach Ministries has been able to supply 300 people per week with a week’s worth of groceries, purchase and install water purifiers at local refugee camps, host medical clinics at their main campus, provide trauma counseling and training, and continue to meet as a 1,200 member church body impacting its community with grade schools, feeding programs, and a life skills training center. PBIH will continue to partner with organizations that share the same vision.

Prosper and Be In Health’s long range goals include social and economic development in developing nations. Partnerships with organizations like Kingdom Rock, Inc. will allow for the development of the kingdom-centered New Eden community development model. This project proposes to manufacture sustainable housing and build new businesses, medical centers as well as other facilities with the support of its US and Haitian partnership corporations. We envision cross-cultural foreign exchange programs for specializations in medicine as well as other disciplines.

With a sense of urgency, your partnership and/or generous donations will help PBIH to complete its current mission. At present, far too many of our Haitian brothers and sisters are without shelter, medical care, water, and food. By working together we will provide long-term sustainable solutions.

Thank you for your partnership and contribution to Prosper and Be In Health. It is a privilege to serve in the Kingdom of God and we are blessed that you chose to serve others through us.

Sincerely,

Danielle M. Esters, M.D.
